Kinza Solutions is the software arm of Kinza Group — a Saudi–Egyptian company operating in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical devices, restaurant chains, contracting and software. We build and run ERP systems for the group's own companies, and for clients across Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
That means every system we deliver was pressure-tested inside a real operation first: our own stock counts, our own month-end, our own e-invoices, our own staff facing a new screen on a Sunday morning. It is why our questions in the first meeting sound different — and why our timelines hold.

How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A focused single-company rollout typically goes live in 6–10 weeks. Groups with multi-company accounting, manufacturing and e-invoicing usually run 3–4 months. Whatever the number is for you, it is written into the scope before we start.
Do you handle ZATCA and ETA e-invoicing?
Yes, in-house. We run both for our own group companies: ZATCA Phase 2 integration in Saudi Arabia and ETA e-invoicing in Egypt — configured inside Odoo, tested end to end and cleared before go-live.
Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or on-premise?
Whichever fits your data policy and your budget. Most clients run on Odoo.sh; we deploy on your own infrastructure when regulation or a legacy integration requires it. We will tell you which one we would choose in your position, and why.
What does it cost?
We price per case, after the discovery call and a demo built on your own scenarios. You receive a written scope, a timeline and a fixed quote — we do not sell boxed packages.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Often, yes. We audit the database and the customisations first, then tell you honestly whether to continue, refactor or restart — before you spend anything else.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. Discovery, training, documentation and support are delivered in Arabic or English, and your Odoo interface and printed documents can run bilingual.
